Tenants

We aim to provide all tenants with a professional service and help make the moving process be as straightforward as possible. Please contact our office to discuss your specific property requirements. 

In order to commence with a tenancy , tenants will be required to provide:

• Photographic Identification
• Proof of current address
• Proof of Income
• Landlord/Employer Reference

All properties require a deposit equivalent to that of one months rent.  All rentals are paid one month in advance.
